Customer Service
• Maintain high standards of customer service at all times; set an example for the team and go
above and beyond to deliver a great experience to every patient.

Patient Education
• Follow 4Ever Young procedures for rooming patients.
• Meet with patients prior to them meeting the provider, and give them a brief overview of what
to expect from their visit and their service. Answer any questions they might have, and serve as
a warm, friendly, reassuring and energetic presence.
• Stay up to date on all 4Ever Young products and services so you can answer patient questions.
Educate yourself using 4Ever Young training materials and through talking with medical staff.
• Maintain your ME certification in good standing throughout your employment.
• Follow 4Ever Young patient education procedures to interview patients and identify products or
services that might appeal to them.
• Take before/after client photos for all aesthetic services.
• Protect patient privacy; follow HIPAA and medical compliance guidelines as appropriate to your
role. This includes handling of patient forms and medical records as well as using your judgment
to offer patients private space for questions if needed.

Sales
• Meet weekly and monthly sales targets for skincare products and services and VIP
memberships. Proactively support cross-selling with wellness and aesthetic services.
• Meet targets to upsell patients in skin services to more advanced procedures or add-on services.
• Be a passionate advocate and ambassador for skincare services. Take great care of your own
skin; it’s your best sales tool!

Daily Operations
• Keep treatment room up to 4Ever Young brand standards at all times, including cleanliness,
scent, music, lighting, and stocking of products and marketing materials.
• Manage ordering and inventory of all skincare supplies.
• Cover the front desk as needed; be prepared to answer the phone and check patients in and out
using 4Ever Young proper procedures.
• Assist providers as requested. NOTE: Allowable tasks vary by jurisdiction; it is your responsibility
to follow all state guidelines for your certification.
• Follow medical compliance and 4Ever Young company policies at all times.

Customer Service

Front Desk
• Greet every patient with genuine warmth and great energy; offer refreshments; make them glad
they decided to come to 4Ever Young.
• Follow 4Ever Young procedures for checking patients in and out. Maintain accurate and
complete patient information, including all appropriate consent forms, for all patients.
• Keep the front lobby/waiting area of your center to 4Ever Young standards at all times, including
cleanliness, scent, music, lighting, and stocking of products and marketing materials.
• Protect patient privacy; follow HIPAA and medical compliance guidelines as appropriate to your
role. This includes handling of patient forms and medical records as well as using your judgment
to offer patients private space for questions if needed.
• Answer the phone using 4Ever Young phone procedures; make a plan for phone coverage if you
must be away from the desk.

Sales
• Learn 4Ever Young credentialing information for your center; familiarize yourself with basic
information about all products and services so you can answer questions.
• Be an enthusiastic ambassador for our products and services – find what you love and share
your experience with patients!
• Inform patients of promotions, discounts, and membership programs that may save them
money or be a great fit for them. Be prepared to talk about the benefits of the membership
program. Proactively offer to add patients to our mailing list or send them info about upcoming
promotions.
• Follow up on new leads as required; meet weekly and monthly goals for lead conversion and
scheduling appointments.

Daily Operations
• Assist as needed with ordering/stocking office supplies, medical supplies, or other center
materials.
• Assist as requested with community events or center events/promotions. Track details and
guests, order supplies, coordinate with vendors, staff the event, and/or assist in any other
capacity as requested by your manager.

4Ever Young - Wellness Specialist

Customer Service
• Maintain high standards of customer service at all times; set an example for the team and go
above and beyond to deliver a great experience to every patient.
• Be passionate about wellness and the ability of every patient to change his or her life – be a
good listener, an effective cheerleader/coach, and an empathetic supporter of every patient’s
wellness journey.

Patient Education
• Meet with all patients interested in HRT/TRT and wellness services. Follow 4Ever Young
procedures for Wellness Consultations and Follow-ups with all patients. Educate patients about
the benefits of anti-aging and wellness services.
• Maintain a high level of expertise in all 4Ever Young wellness services, and a personal
commitment to fitness and wellness. Serve as a brand and lifestyle ambassador.
• Lead regular team trainings for the non-medical staff in your center, answering their questions
about wellness products and services and helping ensure everyone is up to date on protocols
and policies at all times.
• Abide by all medical compliance and 4Ever Young brand guidelines related to HRT services.
Never diagnose patients, give medical advice or suggestions, or interfere with the medical
team’s practice of medicine.
• Offer explanation of HRT process to patients if medical staff are not available for a demo. Do not
draw product or inject yourself or a patient at any time.
• Protect patient privacy; follow HIPAA and medical compliance guidelines as appropriate to your
role. This includes handling of patient forms and medical records as well as using your judgment
to offer patients private space for questions if needed.

Sales
• Meet weekly and monthly wellness sales goals. Serve as primary sales driver for IVs, vitamins,
and HRT/TRT. Support cross-selling efforts in aesthetics.
• Maintain relationships with patients who are on HRT/TRT services; answer questions,
proactively remind them about refilling their prescriptions and keeping labs up to date every 90
days. Engage them on a personal level to help build patient program retention.
• Follow up on incoming HRT/TRT and wellness leads, and reach weekly and monthly targets for
new consults and new memberships.

Daily Operations
• Keep conference room up to 4Ever Young brand standards at all times, including cleanliness,
scent, lighting, music, and stocking of products and marketing materials.
• Maintain accurate and complete patient records in the EMR system at all times by documenting
all consultations and phone conversations with patients, including any important details. Work closely with the medical staff to keep all patient care team members updated on patients at all
times.
• Problem-solve and proactively find solutions to issues that arise, always working to prioritize
safety, compliance, patient experience, sales, and profitability.

First Presbyterian Preschool Naples - Preschool Director

First Presbyterian Preschool offers high-quality early education programs to the children of the Naples community and is seeking a qualified Preschool Director to oversee its play-based program providing children, ages 18 months – 5 years and a VPK program, the opportunity to learn through a structured, supportive environment with community and family engagement.

Qualifications would require necessary State of Florida Directors Credentials to include VPK endorsement, satisfactory Florida DCF background screening, experience as a director of an early education facility, experience with non-profit organizations, strong managerial, administrative and organizational skills.
